Patient Advocate Location:

Each clinic has a section advocate and should be the first stop for patient concerns. Please ask the applicable clinic for their Section Advocate.  If the issue cannot be resolved at the clinic level, the Group Patient Advocate can be contacted at usaf.yokota.374-mdg.mbx.patient-advocate-group@mail.mil.

Hours:

Monday - Friday,
7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Patients have the right to make recommendations, ask questions, or file grievances to the military treatment facility Patient Advocate. If concerns are not adequately resolved, patients have the right to contact The Joint Commission at 800-994-6610 or by submitting a concern or complaint online.
