Parents may accompany their child/children into the dental treatment room if deemed medically necessary by a provider.  Other children under the age of 12 may not be left unsupervised in the waiting area or be brought back to the dental treatment room.

Sick Call is Available Monday through Friday (duty days): 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. For after-hours dental emergencies, patients will need to contact Urgent Care at 225-7740. 

The following are usually considered dental emergencies:

• Severe Pain
• Severe Swelling
• Uncontrollable Bleeding
• Acute Trauma

The following are generally not considered to be dental emergencies:

• Loose teeth (adult or baby teeth) unless associated with trauma/injury
• Loose permanent or temporary crowns and/or broken fillings or teeth that occur while eating
